What can be done? Counties can require stores selling tobacco products, including vaping devices, to get a tobacco retailer license (TRL) . If a store sells tobacco to youth under the age of 21, they risk losing their license. TRLs are one of the most powerful tools to prevent youth tobacco use. Help us be part of the growing number of cities that have already have TRLs in their community!
